Hele fijne locatie, tram stopt voor de deur, en superaardig en behulpzaam personeel. Precies wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. De bedden zijn wel vrij smal en het is vrij gehorig. Wij hebben genoten hier. Fijne buurt en veel winkels en vlakbij boxhagenerplatz. Leuk ook is de gezamenlijke ruimte beneden.

The location was very ideal, close to the tram, U-Bahn, and S-Bahn. The self check in feature was also great as we checked in late the day of our stay. The space was very modern, the room was nice and spacious, great for a short stay with a little kitchenette. My only complaint is that one of the blankets had a little bit of dried blood on it.

Loved feeling like I was actually part of “neighbourhood life” while lodging at Stayery. Easily accessible public transit/quick walk to Ostkreuz train station. Clean, spacious and bright room with all the commodities needed to down a few days. Service was attentive and friendly. Close to spãtis, groceries, good coffee and plenty of restaurants. Slept with earplugs as it can get a bit loud on in rooms facing the street. All in all, would stay here again. 4.5/5

スタッフの方はとても親切でフレンドリーでした。深夜に到着して、セルフチェックインする必要がありました。初めてだったので、チェックイン方法が分からず、電話したところ深夜にも関わらずすぐに応対してくれました。部屋にキッチンがありスーパーが近く、共用部にランドリールームがあり長期滞在にも向いてるかと思います。

If looking for something to improve, it would be the television amenity. I had difficulties utilizing the apps that were programmed. Outside of that, the staff was helpful with resolving any and all issues or providing assistance I needed. The hotel location was ideal for walking and transit. Lastly, I felt the room design along with the general hotel ambiance, created a vibe that genuinely complemented the downtown Berlin area.

Great place to stay in Berlin. For me, this is the best location in Berlin. The studio was perfect for 2. the room modern, comfortable bed and good isolation. The staff were so friendly too. There is no reception but when we checked in, There was a staff that helped us with the check in. And our room was ready before 15:00. I would def stay there again.

Absolutely fantastic spot, great vibes, nice staff, super clean. This is a great place from which to explore Berlin, and being in the heart of Friedrichshein is a great place to start. The only point of criticism I have is that it was strangely hot all throughout the hotel, no matter how much I opened the window or let the fan blow. The temperatures were cool outside (17ish degrees) so I can't imagine how hot it would be if you were visiting during a heatwave. I think in future aircon in each room may be a necessity...

Room is clean and location is perfect. Even though the WiFi network is hard to connect at the beginning, It took me few hours and finally connected, but once connected, WiFi is kind of stable. Only problem is that power plug is too less, even one power plug under TV doesn’t have power at all.
