The Hotel is in a great location with easy walking to restaurants, the city center and public transport.
The staff was nice and helpful and the hotel is quiet.
I liked that the room had a safe and the beds were comfortable. I deduct one star because the room and bathroom could have been a bit cleaner (some hairs and cobwebs etc.), the heater vent was pretty noisy and they charge for coffee from a machine in the lobby. Tea is free but not coffee. It‘s not a must but was a bit unusual for a hotel these days. Also no business center (but that‘s probably not necessary in that location which has mostly tourists). I stayed at the Scandic Potsdamer Platz before, which is exceptional, and was expecting something similar at the Ku-damm location, but it‘s different and more dated, yet a very solid choice at a good price in a great location.
