Pros: The check-in process was very smooth, all-done online and through whatsapp. They allowed me to check-in at 12 pm for free, since the room was already ready. Everything was clean and set up nicely. Free water, coffee, earplugs Very close to the S-Bahn, so transportation is very easy Friendly staff Cons: The room did not look like any of the ones in the pictures, but it was mostly similar. There was a big circular brown burn stain/mark on the ground. It was only one double sofa bed, rather than two singles. Creaky beds There is no vent in the bathroom, so it can get musty. The shower water spills out, since there is no barrier. No cleaning unless you stay at least 7 days TLDR: You get what you pay for. This hotel was relatively cheap, and fit four people (tight fit). Others complain about the train noise, but it was very quiet with the windows closed.

We only ever had online communication with the staff but it seemed to work OK. The location was good for us as we were visiting family locally. But it is close to the S Bahn and so could be quite noisy.

Lovely apartment in a great location. Clean and close to lots of shops and cafes. On a side road, so very quiet at night. Ideally situated for the S trains and U bahn. 30 mins by train to Berlin Brandenburg Airport. Highly recommend these studios/suites, and will definitely return.

Terrible hotel, it was dirty, there were dead rats on the street outside and the area was not good. We had 2 rooms which were absolutely boiling hot, obviously we know it is summer, but we couldn’t get the windows to open and obviously no aircon. We had 1 measly fan between 2 rooms and 8 people. It’s impossible to speak to anyone at the hotel as everything is done remotely. We had to leave and find another hotel it was so bad. This hotel needs major improvements

The room was warm and spotless, loved the bathroom. It was unexpectedly quiet despite the train running below. But it was so convenient for us, with mobility issues to be able to jump on the train so close during our stay. Especially when you are back late at night.
