A very good hotel. Staff occasionally difficult to get hold of via room telephone and requests required follow-up or some simple requests like asking for an apple apparently impossible, although we later found a free fruit bowl in the spa so that was fine. IntercityHotel Berlin Airport BER Terminal 1+2
I had a very comfortable stay and will inform my friends to use this hotel whilst travelling through Germany. My big gripe is the cost of 25 Euros for breakfast. I recommend that they use the airport facilities.
