"The apartment looked good at first but reality set in very fast. The elevator was not working and we had 60 steep steps to climb with our very large luggages, which was difficult and dangerous especially since my spouse is disabled and not supposed to take stairs. It got fixed 4-5 days after we arrived and complained about it.
