I went up to notify the front desk multiple times that we could not shower due to the water in the shower being scolding hot burning us and there was no cold water in the room.and was only able to shower once during our whole stay which was right before checking out "

"Beautiful resort, well kept grounds, friendly staff, room was spacious and well appointed, many activities to participate in - tie dye, escape room, table tennis, bingo. Near the arrival flight path of PSP but planes were so quiet it did not disrupt our stay at all. Taco Tuesdays food was excellent. Many good restaurants close by. Pool is a little small for the number of people using it. Would definitely return and would recommend for a group with varied ages."
"We loved our stay during Easter weekend, room was clean and spacious, staff was all welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed our time at the pool, the most sane chaotic family resort experience we have had thus far. We enjoyed the complimentary bikes, loved our dining experience at Tia Carmen- food was excellent. The cocktails at the bar were excellent. The pool food was pretty good for poolside service and came out quick. My only complaint would be that you must get up at the crack of dawn to find a pool chair as they are saved by families early in the morning and impossible to find if you arrive past 9am. We did get lucky after lunch time when a family left and booked a daybed for the following day to avoid this issue. I would say you must plan ahead if you want a comfortable spot by the pool when visiting on a busy weekend. Regardless we had an amazing stay and will definitely plan to come back soon as our son had an amazing time. "
