"I travel alot and this hotel was such a welcome experience. I was greet so enthusiastic when I entered and I felt that the front desk really cared about my stay. The hotel lobby smelled wonderfully and was very clean. The room was comfortable and clean. The restaurant was wonderful. There is a diverse menu that actually had dishes with real vegetables, not juat burgers and pizza. The breakfast was also top notch. The sercers were personable and attentive. "clean room, nice staff"

"The room was typical for a hotel and the bed was not the comfiest. But the reason I am giving 5 stars is I left my expensive wireless earbuds in the room. I didn't even notice they were missing when the hotel called me an hour or so after I checked out. They walked me through how I can ship them back to me and were very accommodating and responsive in this stressful time. Big props for the cleaning staff for grabbing them, and the front desk for communicating with me. Having them be this helpful...

"Check in was slow, there were lots of people hanging around outside smoking weed, the room door didn’t close completely so you had to lock it just to keep it closed and the bathroom had used towels and wash clothes hanging in the bathroom."

"There was issues with TV but clerk helped. Toilet kept running, room smelled like mildew,AC made noise and the absolute worst breakfast I have ever had in a hotel. the sausage gravy tasted like dishwater, eggs had no flavor and the meat dish was breaded chicken filet!!!! chicken filet???? Turned keys into clerk never got a bill not even email. The staff was helpful though."
