"Clean room and hotel. Our room AC wasn’t working. The first night after we called from our room, we were told there was nothing we could do. The second night, we went to the front desk and there they stated it probably wasn’t working and changed our room. Much better! The size is what is expected. Location is excellent to discover Bern by foot and or public transportation."

"The hotel rooms were great and luxuries. The staff was very helpful and did everything to ensure that we had a great stay. The only issue was the AC, it did not blow any cold air and the thermostat in the room did not want to go below 20 degrees. Switzerland was having a heat wave so it would have been nice to cool off in the room."

"Room was clean and as advertised. AC was great and a relief from the heat while we visited! Convenient location in proximity to the train and tons of food options around. Short walk to grocery as well. Communal space for group dinners, heating up food, well stocked communal kitchen and amenities for coffee, tea and water in the common space was great. On site contact was very helpful with suggestions for exploring and anything that was needed."

"Hotel was well maintained and had an excellent location. Location was about equidistant from Bear Park and the Train Station - and directly in the middle of the old town. Other than the fact that most shops aren't open on Sunday (which of course the hotel cannot control), we didn't have any issues!"
