Many need a bath and a little medical care, in my opinion, but they were a joy to see whenever we came and went. The wifi did not work in our room at all. Dining in the area is limited, but we did find a nice place for pizza nearby."

I think it may have been a language barrier issue as we don’t speak Italian and he doesn’t speak English and he didn’t have much patience for translating.
