The room was very spacious and exceptionally clean. We enjoyed the sitting area by the large bay window. The gentleman at the counter was very friendly and helpful. He even shoveled the snow from my vehicle.

The door to my room was broken. "Just throw your weight into it," should not be the instructions from hotel staff.
