"A wonderful place to stay in Murren. Conveniently located 2 minutes away from the train station, with beautiful views of the mountains. Breakfast is included and will not disappoint. Unfortunately their restaurant was closed both nights we were there, didn’t get to try their dinner. Staff were helpful and very friendly. The rooms are updated and clean. "We had a lovely stay in Brig. The hotel is in a fantastic location, perfect for exploring the historic sights on foot, with plenty of great restaurants nearby. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially towards our little dog, which we really appreciated. We had a rooftop room with a balcony, which was a real highlight and gave us wonderful views over Brig and the surrounding mountains. "This hotel was lovely. We had a spacious room with two balconies facing Jungfrau mountain. We could sleep with the balcony doors open for fresh cool mountain air and a great view in August. We did not get bit by insects. The bathtub is phenomenal, long and deeper than mine at home in California. The staff were simply wonderful and helpful. Included breakfast was great. Garden was delightful. I will absolutely stay here again when visiting the Swiss Alps."

"We loved the balcony with a view of the mountains. Breakfast every morning was great. The staff were exceptional, making us feel welcome and earnestly wanting us to enjoy our stay. There was a small stash of hiking equipment we were able to borrow from since we couldn’t pack our own hiking poles. The impromptu complimentary wine and cheese tasting where we learned about the Swiss and met other guests from around the world was delightful. Would definitely stay here again!"
