"My family and I really enjoyed the family suite for 3 nights. It was quiet and private, and spacious enough for us 5. The beds were very comfortable. We had a mountain view, which was just fantastic. We enjoyed the music at night, and could listen to it via our balcony. It was very pleasant and never bothered us. It ended before we retired each night. We enjoyed the daily breakfasts and 2 dinners at the hotel. The staff was so pleasant. The food and wine was very good. It exceeded our expectations. We got to know them, and they worked very hard to please us. Same with the office team. I would stay here again. The hotel has an "old world" ambience about it, which we enjoyed. It was a very relaxing stay. PS: it was extremely easy to reach on foot from the train station. We did not have the van shuttle us."

"위치가 헬이긴 해요... 예전에 그린델발트 왔을 때는 융프라우 롯지 크리스탈에 묵었었는데 거기 뷰랑 위치가 더 좋았던 것 같아서 다음에 또 오게 된다면 그 근처로 갈 것 같습니다. 203호 배정받았는데 코너방이어서 ㄱ자 발코니를 쓸 수 있었고 방이 너무 넓고 인테리어도 예뻤습니다. 이 호텔에서 본 산 북벽 뷰도 예쁘긴 했지만 서두에 적은 것처럼 융프라우 롯지 크리스탈에서 산 벽 일부와 드문드문 집 있는 마을을 함께 봤던 것이 더 예뻤던 것 같아요. 조식은 좋은데, 스크램블 에그는 타이밍을 잘못 맞추면 먹을 수 없고(콩알만큼 남아있어서 제가 다 뜨고나니 바닥났는데 냄비를 가져가시곤 30분 넘게 다시 가져오지 않으셔서 더 먹지 못함..) 10시까지 제공이라고 하는데 9시에 갔더니 과일샐러드 등은 이미 다 떨어졌고 보충 안해주시더라구요. 가능한 일찍 가시는 걸 추천해요."

"Hotel Murren was without a doubt the best hotel experience my wife and I have ever encountered. We booked the Senior Lux Suite with the hot tub and couldn't be happier. The manager came and picked us and our luggage up at the train station prior to realizing how close it was to the BLM Station. The room has 5 balconies, a kitchen and a terrific design. Bar and wait staff were kind and efficient and never heard another guest. If you're in Murren and want perfection please stay at this hotel and book this room. 10/10 stars. "

"Tight accommodations but modern upgraded rooms. More geared towards the skiing folk. Family room had bunk beds. Very helpful and friendly staff. Definitely recommend "
