"A quaint, relaxed hotel with clean and charming rooms. The manager gave personal attention to details, and the staff were very good. The location was excellent, with beautiful views looking down the valley. Breakfast was okay for a vegetarian family. Overall, a pleasant stay in Wengen."

"Our apartment was large and clean and looked exactly as pictured online. We were visiting during a major heat wave so no air conditioning was pretty rough. The hotel does provide portable fans but they did not work very well so we had to keep windows open which allowed noise and knats at night. Overall we had a nice stay and enjoyed the location which was basically on the train platform. Very convenient."

"Let me start with the positive - we stayed in room 301. The room has a million-dollar view of Grendlerwald Valley. The staff is very helpful. The property is just less than half a mile from the station. The rooms and the property are very clean. The property has an elevator. Now the cons: the hotel is located on a steep uphill, and it is impossible to reach it by walking with heavy luggage. The property should consider providing a free drop-off and pick-up from the station. When I asked for a pickup, they told me I needed to pay 50 CHF. The bathroom in the room is extremely small. You can hardly stand in the bathroom. The breakfast is good, but it's almost the same every day. Please consider making some changes every day."
