"Everything was good but the room being cleaned on a regular basis, stayed 11 days and room was cleaned up twice, after being told it would be done every other day either a “refresher “ of a full cleaning, after three days we had to call because the trash cans were both overflowing, then three days later had to call again to have the beds changed that hadn’t been changed at all , but because the hose from a cpap machine was laying on the bed they couldn’t change sheets. "Horrible, the bedding was filthy, zero towels available, none in our room or for the pool. We had to order some from Wal mart. There was on staff member at check in who was doing everything he was amazing and I felt so bad for him! The next morning there was nothing for breakfast, it was all empty at 8:15, there were no plates the staff member had to door dash some. "Overall very nice. Staff was hard to understand when checking in. The room was huge and bed was comfortable. My wife's only complaint was the comforter was very thin and she would have liked a much thicker one. We didn't use much of the room as it was a quick one night stay. If you stayed for multiple nights the microwave kitchen area would be nice. Pretty big fridge. The TV was perfect for watching March Madness."
