"Don’t expect to be able to get any food if you haven’t pre booked it. We travelled from the uk and after a long journey wanted some food and a glass of fizz. Only to be told that wasn’t possible. But a local bar shut in one hour so we needed to be quick. For a place that cost over 330 pounds a night I’d expect a little bit more service. The grounds and the place are beautiful but being able to get basic food and drink has always been staple in France so was very disappointing we couldn’t get...

"Arrivée 16h30, établissement fermé ! Accueil par téléphone avec peux d explications ! Je vous donne le code d entrée et votre carte est sur le comptoir, parking sur le côté bonne installation ! Chambre propre mais froide.du temps avant d avoir une température de 20°. Petit déjeuner 7h40, plus grand chose, viennoiserie dure pas trop envie de manger. "

"Unfortunately no one was on reception when I arrived so I was stuck in the rain for 15 mins. The room was very big with a large bath and shower. The member of staff covering breakfast was late, this meant my waiting taxi charged extra and I was late for work. The contract number for the hotel was in Thailand so not convenient and didn't answer. The local communication was good however. "
