"The location was great but the yelling guest and housekeeping trying to enter your room at 9:00am while you were sleeping is totally unacceptable. They should know that checkout is not until before 12pm. The bed was horrible!!!!!!!"

The telephone wasn't even connected to the wall so there was no way to call the front desk or any outside line. The breakfast was surprisingly pretty good.
