We hebben dat gemeld en er werd gevraagd welk punt kon verbeteren , er werd ook een compensatie aangeboden voor het ongemak."

"The property overall is beautiful and the staff were all very helpful. Unfortunately our room did not have a mini refrigerator which is unusual for a 4 star hotel and when I booked I thought all the rooms came with one but I was informed not ours, which was very inconvenient. The pool area is lovely but there are no pool towels readily available and they frequently run out when they were requested. "Staff at the counter were really friendly and helped me with many things several times. The room is functional, clean, and spacious for my kids to run around. Room design and ambience were quite basic though, so don’t expect similar style as the typical international chain. Overall a comfortable stay!"

"This is a gorgeous house and setting for exploring the Loire. Dining area is beautifully appointed - windows to the Loire and decorated in an elegant and creative way. In particular they have cleverly designed the lighting to look like small hot air balloons and placed fabric wall coverings to absorb sound. The overall effect is intimate, sophisticated and welcoming. The new restaurant for evening dining was excellent and a wonderful way to end the day! James graciously offered to drive us...
