The staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay, which we really appreciated. However, we did encounter two issues. "We arrived at 1pm and were told our room would be available at 2pm. Then more guests arrived and they too were told their rooms would be available at 2pm. I mean, you can't have 3 rooms all done at the same time so if you don't want folks checking in before 2pm, just say so. We requested help with our luggage as we didn't want to drag our bags from the parking lot to the reception (a few mins walk on very bumpy, cobbled grounds), and had to wait a good 15mins for the "bellboy" to show up,...

"The hotel is in a lovely spot, overlooking the sea, but there is very little around and about…everything seemed to be shut (end of May). The rooms are nice, if a bit dated, and the pool area is clean and well kept. Only thing was the noise from the building work on site meant you couldn’t really relax easily on the sunloungers. Food was lovely - great breakfast."

"It is a beautiful spot! The rooms are very spacious and clean. The floors are a terracotta or stone tile and you need to wear slippers or shoes on them. The outdoor furniture is nice but very old and in need of freshening up and cleaning. The pool is stunning and a nice break in warmer afternoons. The breakfast was well done and great start to the day. Plenty of hot water and water pressure. The office was very helpful."
