"We had a fantastic time here. The rooms are excellent, comfortable beds with good showers. Beds are cleaned daily which was a nice surprise, cleanliness was a big plus point of this hotel. There are 2 pools guests can use and are close to the bar/restaurant which has well priced drinks and great barmen/waiters. In fact, all staff are extremely helpful and polite. "Didnt have hot water and had to wait and call the stuff who didnt speak any english. The check out was before 11 am and they called me at 10 am to check out because the room was need it. Very poor service at breakfast. Didnt have coffee and i had to drink tea because they want to tidy up. Paid a lot for 2 nights at goa prices."

"Absolutely amazing experience. It didn't start off great. In fact, they stuffed up with a couple of things with my wife's birthday surprise and spa booking but they made up for it in ways I cannot even express. It was a delightful experience after day 1. We were there for a week and every single day felt special. Every staff member at the property makes you feel special and are very warm and courteous. I'd like to thank Muskan for her amazing hospitality throughout our stay. Despite having challenges at the airport with the indigo disruption, she managed to arrange a pick up, put us in a very good room, made my wife's birthday very special by the beach and was always available for absolutely anything and everything that we needed. While the Property is great, it's the staff that take it to the next level so keep up the great work Taj. We look forward to staying at another Taj property very soon. "

"Due to the problem of flights from Jet Airways, our flight took off late by six hours yet. The Hotel welcomed us at around 3 PM in the morning, and we were provided all the required things. In addition to that we were upgraded from a cottage to exclusive suit. It was an unforgettable experience for us. Thanks to the management. Thanks to all the services wear excellent as always."
