"We had a great couple of days here. The community is well located to get to and from the beaches (Fenwick and Bethany) and yet away from the crowds and in a really scenic part of Selbyville. We loved our stay and enjoyed the pool (there are 2). The place itself felt like home from the start, owner is really responsive and friendly, and it exceeded our expectations. Would definitely stay again. Felt like home away from home. "

"Room was clean, staff was very friendly. Didn't use the pool but it looked very clean. Breakfast was just bagels/muffins/cereal nice but not very filling, but you can walk to Cracker Barrel so it's not too bad. "

"The beach was visible from our room, as well as the beautiful pool area. The room itself was spotless. Very spacious and nicely decorated. Definitely appreciated the room credit which we used to get Starbucks from the cafe downstairs. Plenty of food options in and around the hotel. "

"We had a great time. Although the building is older, it has been very nicely renovated. The rooms were comfortable and roomy, the restaurants and food were great, as well as the very friendly staff. We were were very pleased with our stay."

"The room was perfect. We stayed 9 nights. Plenty of room to spread out-- balcony, kitchen area, shelf in the shower. Only 2 small little things...no curtain or pocket door between beds and sofa/TV. This hotel does allow dogs and I heard some barking. But overall itcwas a great room"

"This hotel was perfect for a weekend away. The location was perfect, with private parking and direct access to the beach. They even have beach chairs to use, which was a pleasant surprise. All of the staff were kind and attentive. The room was spacious and very clean. The only downside was there is not a ton insulation in the floors and walls. We were next to the stairs and could clearly hear people talking and walking up and down. We could also hear the neighbors above us walking in early...
