"the property was well maintained and clean. The staff was personable and helpful when asked. The room was comfortable however, being on the first floor is very noisey. We also had ongoing issues with our tv service which we brought to the attention of the front desk but it was not resolved fully."

"We stayed in a room with an ocean view. It was lovely to see the sunrise and sunset. The room was spacious with a large kitchenette area. The location is a good one as it’s easily accessible to Fenwyck Island, Bethany Beach and Ocean City. The only issue was the Internet was not working consistently and was slow."

"This stay was extremely uncomfortable and unacceptable. The room was not properly cleaned. There was visible grime and mineral buildup on the shower head where the water comes out, stains on the sheets and pillowcases, leftover sand on the floor from previous guests, stains on the sofas, and dirty dishes. I paid for a partial ocean view, but there was absolutely no view of the ocean from our room. The worst part happened the morning after our one night stay. My 2 year old son woke up covered in...

"The room was clean. But we weren’t able to actually get into it until almost 2 hours later."

"The room was clean. Breakfast could have used a little more vegetarian options. Indoor pool was not clean and water was little muddy. The property claims that there is private beach but there isn't. It is bay facing and not beach facing. The water view is still really good but if you are looking for beach facing option then this is not that."

"I was a perfect little motel close to beach , I loved u have a beach view and other side u had a balony with chairs , it may not be the biggest rooms ,but who spends that much time in rooms anyways .. Very close to everything and food and walking distance to beach ..will definitely stay again . Was little disappointed as when I booked was a lot more in price than if we paid when we got there 🤔 (like $140 difference )."

"Safeway grocery store nearby. McDonald’s as well but 2 drinks and 2 large fries over $16.00. 3 Christmas store close by and Tangier outlets. I pool is bye the street entrance off the main highway"

"Loved the amenities like the wine and cheese and breakfast. Being able to park at noon was a plus. This is a lovely comfortable hotel that makes a person feel pampered. They no longer have coffee makers in the room if you're used to that. Could use a grab bar in the shower, and more towel bars."
