"Upon check in we were given a room number and door entry code. We went in and it was full of someone else's things. Toiletries in the bathroom, bed unmade, clothes hanging in the wardrobe. We went back to reception and was given another room, same code. We queried security and were given best assurances, but felt uneasy for our stay. I'm sure the other guest would not be pleased to know someone had entered their room. Hotel otherwise fine, but breakfast was basic."

"I paid very little for a standard room with breakfast included so was very pleased with what we received. The room is very small but I knew that would be the case. The bathroom and in particular the shower was excellent . You have to request the cleaning service but this was made clear both at check in and in a flyer on the bed - the system worked well for us. Breakfast was ok , nothing special but meant we didn’t have to find a cafe ( none were nearby and it was around a 10-15 minute walk to...
