"Die Frühstückspauschale macht keinen Sinn. 12€ je Frühstück und du bekommst in drei Cafés in der Umgebung genau 12€ Guthaben. Kann man genauso gut vor Ort bezahlen und ist deutlich flexibler. Kommunikation mit dem Kundenservice ist super, die Koordination mit dem vor-ort-team dagegen dann eher suboptimal. Am meisten zu bemängeln ist die Hygiene des Apartments. "This was the perfect location in Old Town. We were able to walk everywhere. The property itself is over 600 years old so the ancient walls, wooden beams and other unique features were a delight. "Really nice place, much larger and better located than I had imagined . One main issue is where you have to leave your bags if arriving before 4 pm. You’re expected to go up a hill, across cobblestone street, for about 10 min. Once you arrive there are lockers which require 2 euro coins, which you don’t get back. There should be a place to store luggage in the same building where you’re staying. Place itself was nice, clean."
