"the resturant was exspensive, food was delicious, service wasn't great. decided hat having to buy breakfast at the resturant was going to be to exspensive so we found an iHop. Paying for parking was a bit much and it was difficult to get in and out of the hotel. the tickets didn't work well to open the gate. Oh and I reserved a hearing/mobility room/tub I was hoping it just had a shower it didn't. Mobility issues generally mean tubs are not a good fit."
"Bathroom had no fan in shower area. Also no place to hang towels within reach of shower. Plenty of empty wall space for towel bars.
Garage exit was at times inoperable causing multi-car pile up—waiting to get out —frustrating drivers @$24/day!!!!"
"Conveniently located near the metro, buses, and several very good food opportunities. Found a Peruvian restaurant, Pisco and Nazca, within walking distance, and good breakfast places. Would definitely consider this Hilton in the future."
"The staff was very welcoming, however, the hotel was extremely outdated. There were some renovation efforts in progress but the elevator was out of service when I arrived and the room had a mildewed odor. "
"The room was not serviced and my VIP guest arrived at 9:30 to unmade bed, no towels, no soap or shampoo. Email earlier in day asking me to call - called three times and got voicemail each time. I would not recommend staying here. Seems like it’s managed remotely. Not hotel. Even if I had connected nothing would have changed. Poorly managed. Excuse was that prior guest stayed beyond checkout time and housekeeping left for day. "
