"This was a wonderful experience. The host family was charming, considerate, and very accommodating. The pictured stairway is the entrance to the host's single family home. The host family lives upstairs over the one bedroom, one bathroom, work from home (wfh) studio apartment, which is on the ground floor. Everything was clean. "Terrible. There’s honestly no other way to describe it. The entire situation was frustrating from start to finish, and it completely failed to meet expectations. Communication was poor, the execution was even worse, and overall it left a very negative impression. Definitely one of the worst experiences I’ve had in a long time."
