"There was a little confusion with the shuttle getting from the airport. The directions say call when we get to the station and we never got an answer. Other than that, the hotel was clean, check in was smooth and everyone was very polite and efficient. We ordered Door Dash and didn't get plastic wear. The restaurant was very nice in giving us plastic wear. The next morning our connecting flight trip to the airport was smooth and dropped us off at our departure gate. We only stayed the one night so I didn't get to experience much else. The room was nice, the beds are comfy, and the showers were good. "

"If you ever need to stay near JFK this is a clean and wonderful property to get some rest in between flights. East Indian restaurant in walking distance is really good "
