"The hotel was conveniently located, although its design seemed more geared toward a younger, social media-oriented crowd. I particularly liked that it was part of a shopping complex, with a Coop supermarket conveniently located in the basement."

"Hotel Ucliva is a charming property with hosts Dorothy and Bernard, who went out of their way to be helpful. On our way to the hotel, we ended up getting off at an incorrect train station in the middle of nowhere. Dorothy and Bernard responded to our call for help by coming down within 15 min (on their day off) to pick us up. The hotel itself is beautiful. Our room had a balcony overlooking the mountains (see attached pictures), and the breakfast, with a selection of local cheeses, jams and...

"The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding with plenty of choices. Friendly staff and with my kids owning dogs, it was a plus to know they had 33 dogs (Husky’s) on the property. Would highly recommend even if you’re not a dog lover."

"Beautiful location. The balcony with the room offers great views"

"Great place to visit the Swiss Alps in the Laax community. Location and view is spectacular!"

"This hotel surpassed all expectations. The Mountain View room took our breath away and the entire hotel was spotless, yet cosy, and every little detail had been thought of. "The hotel staff were fantastic and super helpful. The bed in room 8 was comfy! The best amenity was the spa facility and the breakfast was super nice too. Many thanks for the dinner recommendation too to the Sagibeiz local restaurant as the food there was very good! The train to and from Zurich was very easy too."

"It was great! But there was no microwave so it would be nicer if there is one!"

"It is too small space for a family with small bath towels."
