Great for a short stay and a good base for exploring the area. The room was good, food good with choices for veggies, and the breakfast especially good. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

The staff were helpful and polite. We stayed in out building accommodation at rear of hotel, more in keeping with motel style lodging not what we anticipated and not made clear at time of booking. Otherwise satisfied with our stay.

Room was clean but clearly the hotel allows dogs to stay which we always find disappointing. The breakfast was great. The evening food was very good. Staff were all friendly and polite. Enjoyed staying here with our kids and would stay again. Price was reasonable.

It is a good hotel apart from the room cleaning: neither toilet paper, no soap/shampoo were replenished during our 4 day stay, bed was not touched during cleaning as well.

Very friendly staff. Free parking available for guests. We gave up a day of cleaning for free beer. the bar is well stacked and the breakfast is both buffet and made to order (free for Inn guests).

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was our first time in Wales and the location was excellent. The room was modern, if a little small and without AC during the heatwave, which meant that even with the windows open, the room was very warm. The food was good both at breakfast and on the one evening we had a meal. The hotel have a strange rewards system where you can forego your room cleaning for a free drink, but the system is cumbersome and seems more hassle than it is worth.

Good rooms. Great restaurant onsite where I ate every evening. On my 1st day, I arrived past 9pm when kitchen was already closing but they still made me food which was nice. Location is not in the center of the town but this should obvious to anyone by looking at the map. The hotel is close to some nice hiking trails. Great place to rest after exploring Wales.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and would gladly return. The property was well maintained, the room was comfortable and clean, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to assist with any requests. The hotel's facilities and service met my expectations, making for an enjoyable and hassle-free stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to other travelers.

My only complaint was that we thought we were going to stay in the actual pub, but ended up in the car park, got woke up at 6am because of delivery’s coming and going, workmen with drills outside our door and other guests were so loud, not everyone wants to wake up so early everyday Staff were very friendly and helpful

This place really exceeded our expectations. We thought it looked nice online but it’s even nicer in real life. We had a family room and we were very happy with it. Everything was clean and well kept. We were very impressed with the quality of everything in the hotel, including the lovely smelling shampoo and shower gel provided, the super soft bedding and the nice, powerful shower. All of the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Nothing we asked felt like too much trouble. The breakfasts were delicious and they had options for vegetarians and vegans, which was great for us. There are also EV charger in the hotel car park, which really helped with our trip. The hotel itself is in a great location for exploring Betws-y-coed and North Wales. We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in that area!

Check in was fast and efficient. The room was clean, although it only had a small window there was a door to the courtyard we could open. The bed was comfortable and we had a good nights sleep. The shower was fine and there was a good beverage tray with biscuits. Breakfast was quite chaotic with food not being replenished and tables not being cleared and cleaned. However the cooked breakfast was tasty.
