"Had an amazing stay. The staff were welcoming and the room was lovely with modern comforts in an old fashioned feel. And much bigger than it looked in the pictures. The location was very convenient for crossing the bridge in and out of town. Breakfast was solid and a great start to the day. Consider taking a walk up to the pool for a high up view of the area. All in all a great stay and value for the price."

"Very disappointed with our stay at L'Arcada de Fares. We were expecting a quiet, authentic country experience, but the reality was the opposite. "Very nice hotel and restaurant. Our evening dinner was excellent. The hotel is stylish and very clean, well maintained. My only complaint was that the breakfast was not particularly good and there were no staff around when we arrived. We were not offered a cooked breakfast and the scrambled eggs available were like rubber! Some Spanish arrived after us and spoke to the cook and were provided with a fresh cooked breakfast. Disappointing for us! It would be helpful if the staff could say to guests...
