"We really enjoyed our stay at 1898 The Post. We stayed in a "Postcard" room, which was small but comfortable and very charmingly decorated. I don't know if all the Postcard rooms are laid out the same way, but ours had the shower/bathroom sink in an upstairs loft area, and the toilet in a separate small closet downstairs near the bed and desk. "Great staff at reception staff, teeny tiny elevator and stairs are even smaller and quite dark. Firm bed, large room with a view of the back neighborhood. Bathroom ok - shower in the tub thin towels, no magnifying mirror. Bottled water ( refillable) available at no charge from reception. Super close to train station! "

"Hotel is perfectly located to explore the city centre in foot. Parking is expensive but worth it for the location - can be reserved but we had no problem getting a space without reserving. They were happy for us to park a lot earlier than check in time. Room clean & comfortable with spacious bathroom."

"If you have issue with stairs it may be a problem. No elevators. Only talked to an attendant with whats app, you mat have a problem if you don't have the app. It ia close to the train station, about 5-10 minutes. A lot of stores and restaurants near by. I do worn you becareful of the shower, it is extremely slippery. "
