Well it also has a superb location- thought our room overlooking the train station would be noisy, but couldn’t hear any street noise. Smallest lift I’ve ever seen - hilarious. The room did not feel clean, and the air quality was quite poor, making the stay uncomfortable. What made the experience even worse was the attitude at check-out. The staff were very cold and unwelcoming, which left a really bad final impression. Overall, the experience was far below expectations. I would not recommend this hote"

"The pool and the Spa treatment were great. It was a new experience having the sauna in a private room away from the Spa area. I had a really enjoyable stay. Staff and the restaurant food was pleasant. I really enjoyed the cognac collection at the bar. Loved the artwork on the premises. I highly recommend it for anyone who likes somewhere quiet to getaway for a few days."
