"Location has a great view, but not beach access. Property in a construction zone. Only one building is operational, while the rest are being torn up for what may be rehab or removal. At check-in time, and not sooner, you will have to call them as no one is at the location. That is when they will provide you with an access code to fetch your keys. "They veiw was Awesome! Right on the beach but hard to get to the beach. Person pointed us down a steep hill. We physically could not do it. The property needs some repairs. The room was aging badly. Could use new flooring and painting. Kitchenette was ok but pretty dated."

A phone call to the front desk and we were told to just let it run longer, when it finally showed up, it would come and go, hot then cold, making for an unpleasant shower. They provided little soaps only, no shampoo or conditioner. The toilet was constantly running, so the tank was frequently refilling, all night too, annoying and noisy. "We had a nice view after WE cleaned the bird poop off the window and screen. 1st floor and the window wouldn't close to lock. Nice water pressure! Best ever at a motel. Person checking us in was not pleasant. Acted like it was a bother to check us in."

"The room was clean, the view of the ocean was exceptional.We had a balcony to sit in and watch the beautiful ocean. The room needs updating, odd pull out handle to turn on water in shower, loud fan, no hair dryer or plastic bag to put dirty clothes in. The room had a real key to get in the room which was odd. The walls are paper thin and you could hear your neighbors."

We’ve stayed here many times however right now, in all honesty, I think there are safety concerns with not being able to easily get into your room with new electronic entry (had to ask for help all three days we were there) along with the stairs are dangerous, some roped off….hot water goes out on you when you’re in the shower without warning from hotel management….the carpets are disgusting filthy dirty…I know it will be good when finished but...

"Everything was wonderful and peaceful. The beach was clean and always almost empty. We had a room with a kitchette and there was a Fred Meyer and Walmart just up the road a short way. We were close to several sites, like agate beach and devils punch bowl. Overall, amazing and we are planning our next trip and will be staying there again."

I use the bath towel to go from the bathroom to the bedroom to the bathroom and into the bedroom and it was pretty brown when I got done after three days when you walked across the floor it sounded like your feet were sticking to it. "When I booked it said hotel was pet friendly. Booked for 2 adults and our dog. Get there Friday and check in and they say the room they booked me in isn’t pet friendly. ALL pet friendly rooms and all other hotels were booked for the kite festival. Didn’t compensate me or discount all they said was they could cancel my stay but I’d be out a room and refund wouldn’t hit my account for another 5 days. "I really felt the place was a dump. It's very poorly maintained. Difficult to get a hold of someone here because no one is at the desk. Not very clean either. I was sadly disappointed. The Pics do nothing for what your about to see when you arrive. Really ruined our entire trip. Management was difficult to deal with as well. I felt ripped off!"

"It is a nice property. The coffee pot was weird and the key locks were hard to work. The breakfast was great. My credit card was charged multiple times for one room but I finally ended up with one charge. Other than that it was good place to stay."
