"Fantastic view!!! Clean and comfy bed! Air conditioner only runs when the room key is in the room so you often come back to a hot room and it takes a bit of time to cool down. We would often go on the balcony to cool down until the room was cooler. You have to sometimes wait for the shuttle during busy times of the day.. maybe having two shuttles during busy times of day could help..however, they really make an effort to hurry back for you. "15 minutes outside Riomaggiore, which I was worried about at first, however it was really nice to leave the busy town and the bus schedule was convenient. Large patio with amazing views. Incredible restaurant just up the street (il Borgo di campi) family owned, great food, two of the best meals we had on our trip to Italy. Hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful."
