3.0 star property
Bharatpur
2.0 out of 10, (1 review)
"When we got there at 5 pm most of the rooms had not been cleaned. The linen is pretty terrible and the pillows. Things didn’t work. Out of seven rooms booked for my party istheonly one to get hot water. The road into the property is earth and as bumpy as. The grounds are lovely but they have dropped the ball badly with the rooms. Such potential."

"I had a disappointing experience during my stay at this hotel. Upon entering the room, I found hair on the bed, which raised serious concerns about the cleanliness and housekeeping standards. When I brought this to the staff’s attention, they explained that the bedsheets had already been laundered by an outside laundry service, which was not a satisfactory response to my concern. Additionally, I arrived a little earlier than the standard check-in time, but the receptionist did not provide a...

The location is excellent—just around 3 km from both Prem Mandir and Banke Bihari Temple. There are also several other temples along the way that you can easily visit. A special mention to the hotel manager, Mr. Saurabh, who...
