"The best thing about the Novotel Juhu Beach is the staff. They are amazingly attentive and hospitable. The restaurant food is also excellent
The hotel does have a bit of a run down feel. The beds are pretty hard, in case thats an issue for you.
The worst part is probably the beach. Not the hotel's fault but it is the dirtiest beach i have ever seen."

"Excellent location for beach walks , shacks, late evenings to watch sunset from beach with a drink.
Staff can't do enough, really helpful.
Taxes at resort are 18% , though that is the same in all.
Avoid wine unless you're happy pay about £16 a glass."

"Helpful staff, location was easy to access, support staff were good. Rates were affordable.
Things that can improve spacing between tables at breakfast as they seem to be too close. Food was good like the attention of all the stuff at breakfast time.
Overall, it was a comfortable stay, clean and affordable having breakfast as a inclusion into the room rent was really a good idea"

"We were very disappointed with many things... firstly the hotel needs to work on its maintenance part. The bathroom showers were broken n tap nozzles were too tight n clogged pores... could not take shower the first day. Then we complained they repaired it.
The staff was sooo undertrained and raw..
And i feel they should atleast be aware of the hotel little basic know how... whm we were asking the staff about the property.. they gave us a blank look.. seemed very clueless
