We loved our stay at the Welcome. The staff from front desk, dining, housekeeping and the greeting team were all very pleasant and welcoming. Names to be mentioned are Suraj, Sujata, Suprabhat, Bhavna and Kashmir. I may have missed some names but everything was great including the food. Thank you everyone for making our stay memorable

Room was big and staff friendly at checkin and in the restaurant. Breakfast buffet was good with plenty of choices. However the room had a damp musty smell and I could not breathe and had to ask for a room change around midnight when it became unbearable. The staff accommodated me in another room. This new room was ok for the first night but that damp musty smell slowly kicked in the second night. Glad I checked out the next morning. I will not be going back there.

Room was very clean. Sheets were superb. Safe and secure place. Suggest they should provide packaged water in the room (bisleri etc). Breakfast is ok. Did not try the restaurant food. They have a bar and live music there (karaoke based) was pretty good.

I emailed the hotel from Japan to enquire about chartering a car for two days to visit the Diamond Triangle and Puri, but I received no reply for quite some time and was not assisted until I rang them. It felt as though the manager had simply passed the matter on to the staff. However, the staff’s service thereafter was excellent; they were friendly and provided superb service—from the moment we arrived through to check-out, as well as with car arrangements—which was remarkable for a provincial city in India. This is a very comfortable and convenient hotel for those wishing to tour Orissa efficiently in a short period of time.

Stayed at this property for the first time, would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bbsr for work or pleasure. It’s a bit far from the city center, but easy access to the flyover more than makes up. We were there with the family and the kids enjoyed the facilities, pool and food options.

Excellent property woth most courteous staff you will find. I guess they haven't ever learnt to say NO. Since i was travelling with my infant , they made sure make my child comfortable and arrange for all necessities. From Mr Vineet, to Mr rakesh, Mr abhishek , Mr aditya they all took care of us so so much. Highly recommend.
