"room was clean and comfortable. staff polite and helpful. location was out of town but autorikshaws were available."

"Nothing special about the property but definetly one of the better ones in the area"

"We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The reception staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and accommodating—always ready to help and support us whenever needed. "Better cleanliness desired, staff needs better training. Hearth & soul missing in the team"

"Until fully staffed don’t go!! Gosh, where do I start!!! The staff are lovely but they don’t have enough. The breakfast was nice but lunch and dinner were served after 1 hr. The property is nice but they will count every towel after u leave so don’t leave ur towel in gym or beach. I would never go back to this hotel. But they want to help but they cant. "

It felt like guest satisfaction was not a priority at...
