The roof top restaurant was nice and food was excellent. The building had charm and character. It had been beautifully restored and the furniture was in keeping with its heritage. "Firstly, the check in experience felt overwhelming. They asked for my passport details of all the people. After sending the details, they said we needed adhar card. Which, I (the person the room is under), gave the adhar card. However, after another hour, they asked us to send OCI cards, we sent it again. " Room service and staff support were extremely poor. I forgot my watch in the room after checkout and contacted the hotel immediately. Despite multiple calls, the staff either said they would call back (which never happened) or disconnected the call once I explained the issue. There was no clear response, no follow-up, and no effort to help recover a guest’s lost item. Very unprofessional handling and disappointing experience overall."
