"This was our first hotel experience as a couple, as we normally hire a villa, car and fend for ourselves. However, family tragedies dictated that we needed to escape and be “looked after” in order to de-stress, rest and recharge our batteries after six weeks of heartache. "Property was great with great pool and breathtaking view. From the pool you can see Zante. However the air-conditioning needs a check. The unit in the kitchen was not blowing cold air at all and the bedroom one wasn't great either. Therefore a bit of a warm night. "

"We absolutely loved this hotel. The staff who looked after us were truly amazing, nothing was too much trouble. The room and all common areas were spotlessly clean and the breakfasts were abundant, varied and fresh. So much choice! "First off, we had an excellent checkin experience, and great site recommendations. The staff were great. The main issue was that the air conditioning did not work. This was reported to the front desk twice as the temp in the room went from 23C at checkin to 25.5C before dinner.
