"The kitchen was full equipped, room was clean and ample, and property itself was charming and in right inside the Old City, easy access to all major tourist points. Well maintained property, would absolutely stay here again. The owner Jon was easy to work with and incredibly attentive and responsive. (Only thing to note for travelers is that since this unique property is within the Old City, several stairs are involved in order to access)."

"Great clean, modern property in excellent location - perfect when already walked thousands of steps! No steps to property, only inside as our apartment was on second floor. Quiet - somehow in one of the only side streets without a bar or restaurant. Double glazed. Some noise on wooden stairs from other guests & above but nothing too much. Great air con, comfortable beds, good shower. Apartment was perhaps a little smaller than appeared in photos but perfectly fine. Would recommend!"

"Great location overlooking the water. As this is a converted villa, they do not have a front desk to check in. They use key codes to enable entry in the villa and your room. I did not know this until I arrived. Expedia sent me multiple emails while I was in flight and I did not have a chance to check emails when I touched down to get this info. Fortunately there was staff there to help me out. My room was large and modern. Very comfortable"

"The property is very nice, with a lovely court yard and excellent location for Dubrovnik as long as you can manage 80 steep steps from Stradun. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. A few negatives was the kitchen area was a bit dirty, with mugs left in the dish washer and floors could do with a clean. "The Kazbek, was a super hotel, staff were fantastic, room was spacious and very clean, worth it's 5 stars. A great location by the marina . An early morning food bag, instead of breakfast was given for a day trip. To get from the city centre to the hotel, the bus stop outside was ideal and to get from hotel back to the city centre, the bus stop was just a 10 minute walk way."
