"It was the best location within old town. Just next to Pile gate by opposite the fountain. We did not need to lug our Baggage too far. Victor was so nice and he let us in early at 10:30am so we could join some 11:00am tours. Nice new spacious rooms with a good size bathroom. Great shower with plenty of hot water. No noise issues at all I would highly recommend this to anyone. We had daily breakfast just outside Pile gate for about 25euro per person."

Would have liked a heads up that the parking was tight, not allowing us to take our rental car freely with being block.in. The 295 stair walk up.and down from the property was doable, but daunting, for many. Unfortunately the lovely kitchen had no coffee or tea or filters despite having a coffee pot. "A fabulous small hotel right in the centre of Dubrovnik just off the main street. Very friendly and helpful staff. Extremely clean. We didn't use any of the facilities in the hotel as we went out as we were so close to dozens of restaurants. One point to note is that as this is a protected building in a UNESCO World Heritage site there is no lift."

Pero está bien ubicada tienes todo cerca. En comodidad es promedio, la cama no es increíble y tiene pocas almohadas, pero no es fatal. "
