"The common areas could be cleaner."

"Amazing stay for our family of 4!! 1000% recommend for the views, the pool, the room, the helpful staff, the breakfast, the location and how convenient it is to so many towns around Tuscany."

"It is a lovely family run hotel. The rooms are spotlessly clean, comfortable with air-con/electric shutters. The staff are always happy to talk to you, and they are very helpful with recommendations on places to visit/ restaurants etc. Parking is easy and safe right outside of the hotel on the street. The breakfast has a plenty of choice, also homemade cakes, very nice. We can't recommend enough for this hotel!"

"It was wonderful to spot Bree days in ancient town Montepulciano with Robert family. A Tuscany family,a Tuscany charm, and lots of pleasant Tuscany memories! Arrivederci!"

"Nous sommes restés 3 nuits dans ce merveilleux hotel, tout neuf, très bien entretenu. Personnel accueillant et serviable. Le petit dejeuner offert est parfait et le dinner excellent nous nous sommes régalés ( jamais mangé un aussi délicieux tiramisu et pasta ). Nous reviendrons"

"The view is beautiful the staff is somewhat attentive and one would think that the hotel and its rooms have not been touched since the 1970s. I travel constantly this is the worst hotel room I’ve stayed in, in years…"

"Great place to stay. Perfect location. Wonderful breakfast. Nice room. Underground parking could be a bit nicer, but they are actively working on it. Great place."

"The natural surroundings and views around the agriturismo were beautiful, making our stay truly enjoyable. The tours and dinner options provided are excellent as well — I highly recommend taking part in them."
