"Location if the hotel is good, near by restaurants, cafes, pharmacies,..etc. The hotel is ok, upper 3 stars level. The room service was ver accommodating, whenever something is requested we got very quickly. Room was good size and with nice views (ocean and city).The ocean water was very good to swim and ckean, j Check in was very slow despite showing up at the hotel after 10 PM, not busy time. , very basic 1 bdr, with some old furniture and appliances, all worked, but loud. Also, we could hear other guests from the adjacent rooms and hallway, so quite time, when needed, is barely possible. There a restaurant on site, and bar at the pool, the wait can be several minutes to get a drink at the bar, and hours to get a drink on the beach. ust little seaweed, but not annoying. Beach gear is avaliable, but it gets busy some time and beach staff refuse to set up umbrellas if it is little windy, but clearly not a problem to put up them, like most near by buildings. Overall all, this hotel is Ok, but definitely not more than 3 star hotel. "

"The location of this building is right on the Collins Avenue, which is a very busy street. Comparable to a NYC busy street. They gave us a lower floor room and we can hear the noise from the street 24 hours per day. We asked for a blanket for the pull out bed and we got it on day 3. We were in a suite, which has a kitchen and washer dryer in the room. Very convenient. The room was clean, but since it’s a lower level, the drain smelled like sewer during certain times of the day. There is an average sized pool, but it’s filled with young children most of the time. So was the hot tub. The beach was nice and clean. But you are only allowed two chairs per room. If you have more than two people, then it’s $20 per chair. The ocean was not safe to swim in because of trade winds during March/April. The lifeguard flag was red the entire time during our stay. Waves were very rough and swimming was not allowed. So, even though they have the amenities, we were not able to use it. I personally don’t recommend this place based on our experience. "

"Parking was easy, felt safe, spots were wide. Front desk staff were polite and professional. In-room vinyl plank flooring is good. The water pressure in the shower was low, but that might/likely be due to the water shortage happening around the state of Florida at this time, and not due to any deficiency on the part of the hotel."

"I prepaid for my room and when I got there they told me they oversold and I didn’t have room. The front desk person Kellychav was absolutely RUDE and not helpful. She told me it was my problem. She would not call another property and told me because I booked with a third party. Luckily Expedia was helpful. "

"Very clean. Staff was great. Beach was great but windy that week. Only complaint is no umbrellas due to the wind. Will stay with them again"
