"The hotel was perfect!! The location is great! It’s right by the bridge tower in lesser town side. Easy access to any major attractions. The room was very comfortable. They brought a small bottle of Champagne on our last evening as a gift!! We talked 2 reception people, they were both very friendly and kind. At check-in, one of the recipients gave us good information about Prague. He also told us perfect spots to take photos! Breakfast was served in the restaurant. It was a nice buffet...

"Very clean, extremely comfortable beds, and amazing staff that went out of their way to take care of our every need. We enjoyed our very own decorated full size Christmas tree, cookies, wine, and fruit plus a lovely bottle of prosecco on Christmas morning. "Great sized room, powerful shower and separate bath. Nice small balcony (too cold to sit out in December!). A good selection of breakfast buffet food, cereal, toasts & fruit as well as a menu service with hot food. Very helpful staff from reception, breakfast and housekeeping. On a very quiet location with easy walks to the tram or a bit further on to Charles Bridge. Would stay here again and highly recommend. "
