"Parking was good, the only issue i had , was the bed, wasnt impressed with mattress at all. Place is clean,up to date, well lit and handy to all hermann attractions. Third time we have stayed there."

"First room had a pickle in the refrigerator that had clearly been there for a while. Asked for a different room. 2nd room smelled like cigarette smoke despite being a non smoking room. Again asked for a 3rd room. Finally was up to satisfaction on the 3rd try. Overall terrible experience."

"Check in was quick and easy. The staff was super friendly and gave us two free drink coupons for the basement bar. We also received two free breakfast buffet coupons. The breakfast was mediocre. We stayed in the fireman’s suite. It was very clean and decorated very nicely. The pillows were HORRIBLE and the king size bed needs to be replaced. There are sink holes on each side where people have slept over the years. The hotel is centrally located to bars and restaurants. "
