A clean and comfortable stopover

The room was recently decorated, spotlessly clean and comfortable. The only other facilities were a couple of vending machines. There was someone in reception when I arrived which was fortunate as I hadn’t been sent the door code. Road noise was disturbing if the windows were open, despite my room being at the back of the building. Overall rather expensive for a functional place to stay but available at short notice and convenient for the people I was visiting.

Das Zimmer selbst ist vollkommen ok. Ordentlich, sauber - auch das Bad. Aber: es ist unglaublich hellhörig und laut. sowohl von innen (man hört jeden Gast der kommt oder geht; und jedes Wort kommt im Treppenhaus oder aus den anderen Zimmern) - als auch von außen, da es direkt an der Hauptstraße liegt und die Fenster kaum die Geräusche dämmen.
