Chateau Big Bear Boutique Hotel, BW Signature Collection
welcome staff was not friendly , talked with no motion very cold. check out staff was very polite and knowledgeable , breakfast was good.

The Burgundy
Wonderful experience here. Room was clean and comfortable. Close to dining and shopping. Front desk staff (Jordan) was amazing and super kind and helpful. We will definitely be staying here again.
