"We picked a balcony room only to realize it opens up to a brick wall! Other than that it was a great stay. Comfy bed, clean room."

"Clean hotel with large updated rooms that could use slight tlc. The hotel itself is bit dated in terms of design/style, but not rundown. Friendly staff with a free but very basic breakfast. Overall, the nightly rate accurately reflects the hotel."

"This is my 5th or 6th time to stay at Hotel Settles. It's a perfect half way point between Dallas and Big Bend. The staff has always been friendly. The restaurant has good food. And the rooms feel luxurious despite not being luxury prices. I've already got plans to be back in May."

"Room was great! Shower was nice after a long day at the park and check in / checkout was simple. Would recommend it’s a good distance from Big Bend / town. Only wish was that there was 4 normal pillows other than that was awesome"

"From the moment we stepped to the front desk Chrissy greeted us with a warm smile and assisted us in checking in early. The Hotel has such a warm and welcoming feeling. Dined at Jett’s Grill and the Roast Tacos and Giant Burger were exceptional. The Food however as good as it was did not rival the service we received. From the Bartender to the wait staff everybody was definitely on point. Would not hesitate recommending Hotel Paisano to all my Family and Friends. "
