"Excellent resort style facilities including a huge beautiful pool and an XL jacuzzi. However, there was an upcharge on almost everything, late checkout, lower floors, room not facing the parking lot, room with a little balcony and no breakfast at all. The rooms were up to date and very clean, but there were few surfaces to put your bag or travelling stuff on. This and the 'harried' service lowers this to being more like a HOTEL, than a longer (vacation ) stay Resort. Location excellent, short...

"The property is excellently located close to downtown Mount Dora and overall, the stay was good. Check in and out was super easy, the room is easily accessible, beds were super comfy. We just felt that our particular room was not accurately represented in the photos. We understand that it is an older property but things felt a little more run down than expected. Overall, it was good for the weekend trip and we enjoyed our stay."

"The room was nice and had a small balcony. It was hard to regulate the temperature, but it is Florida and very hot outside. We did find a dead bug near the balcony door. No big deal and the carpet needed cleaning, but again not filthy just some spots between the two beds."
