Room Door handle was repaired in a non standard way without manufacturers parts. poor maintenance habits can destroy a good facility quickly and this one is well on its way. sink faucet leaked at the handle if you weren't gentle opening the water flow, etc...."

"We were swimming in the pool, then a group of 18 local people were let in by a staff member. They were dressed in street clothes, brought towels from home, and since the group was so large we were pushed out of the pool. Very disheartening for paying $500+ for the weekend and unable to utilize the pool because a staff member let their family and friends in. They also do not provide daily housekeeping (clean towels, beds made, etc) during a 3 day stay. There are also a TON of homeless people around the property so ensure your vehicles are locked at night, otherwise they will absolutely be rummaged through. "
