"We got to this hotel and I had reserved a king size suite with kitchenette. When we got to our room it was 2 queen sized beds. The front desk told us there is a glitch and when it comes through to them it shows “2Q” or something and not the correct room. They didn’t have the correct room available to provide me unfortunately so we didn’t even stay and are supposed to be getting a refund. Very disappointing."

"Amazing motel, it;s quiet and tranquil with amazing views morning, noon and night. The staff is incredible and go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable."

"Staff were very helpful and cooperative, especially Lynn on Front desk. We needed to make a few adjustments to the reservation and she was helpful, friendly and made the process very smooth. Room was clean and spaceous. Adequate gym but cables might need replacing soon. Common areas had adquate seating and were comfortable. Maybe 12 flat screen TVs in the bar / reception / breakfast area are a bit too much !!"

"My family rented multiple rooms to celebrate my Mother’s 80th birthday. When we arrived she was delighted to see that the staff treated her to some bubbles and chocolate! It is the little things that make someone want to return to that hotel. Well done and thank you!!!"

"Breakfast was great! Kitchen staff particularly the one younger girl topping up eggs, hash browns and nuts went out of her way to greet each and everyone present. She was wearing a head scarf and was most pleasant !!"

"Well the hotel was under renovations . The tv was installed 3 days prior to us checking in and the volume couldn't be changed. I contacted the front desk gentleman and he couldn't do nothing to help us. For the breakfast it was all cold items. Be perpared to pay $300.00 for damage deposit at check in.i felt that was a little too much. "
